A seminar  to give Community Sports organisations the knowledge and resources to manage and grow their own sponsorship programs.

Who should attend this seminar?

Community sport runs on the dedication and enthusiasm of volunteers.

These volunteers are enthusiastic and ready to help wherever they can around their own work and family commitments. They love their club, however often need clear direction on how they can assist whether it is cooking the BBQ on game day, coaching, refereeing or helping with the endless administration of the club.

These people are highly capable and full of energy, however often time poor and lacking clear direction on what is required.

This seminar will give you a clear overview of what sponsorship is, how to implement an effective sponsorship management and procurement strategy to leverage the energy and enthusiasm of your volunteer base. Whether actioning this yourself or delegating tasks, a clear strategy will ensure that your time is not wasted on ineffective methods.

The Presenter

Colin has over 15 years’ experience in the sport and entertainment industry.

This experience includes coaching, development, marketing and sponsorship for professional and community sporting organisations as well as four years in commercial roles with Perth’s leading sports venues.

More recently, Colin has been working in the arts space on the client side of the sponsorship relationship providing a rounded perspective and practical experience from every side of the sponsorship fence.
